Three Panel Heirloom Jacket - Flag

Three Panel Heirloom Jacket with patch pockets made with vintage appliquéd sailing flags. The two front panels are made from flags with the logo of Chichester Yacht Club (who knows where these have travelled!) - re-worked with off-cuts from designer Faith Rowan Leeves and some egg yolk yellow cotton. The jacket is quilted with 50% wool 50% cotton wadding and lined in printed Indonesian cotton. Fully reversible - two jackets in one. Hand finished with sashiko stitching and bound edges. This jacket works beautifully over-sized.

All wear, tear and idiosyncrasies are part of this unique garment and its history. Fabrics are washed before sewing but some dyes may not be completely colour fast so we recommend hand wash cold or dry clean.
