Pastel 'King's Crown' Small Quilt / Wall Hanging

Small quilt / wall hanging using a variation of the 'King's Crown' quilt block design. The vintage fabrics used include a mid-century Mexican print, floral bedlinen and a floral curtain. The quilt has 50% wool 50% cotton wadding and the reverse side is a star print cotton  cot sheet. Hand finished with sashiko stitching and egg-yolk yellow bound edges.

All wear, tear and idiosyncrasies are part of this unique quilt and its history. Fabrics are washed before sewing but some dyes may not be completely colour fast so we recommend hand wash cold or dry clean.
